Does this thought bring you STRESS or PEACE?Step 6. What images do you see past and future when you think this thought? What emotions arise?Step 7. Does believing this thought cause you to act out any negative behaviors?Step 8. Who would you be without this thought?Step 9. Turn it around. Try saying the opposite of your thought.
